SOUL SHINE

The Path

Nobody is recruited before they have been served. The ladder runs in this order deliberately.

Five rungs

What each level does, and what it earns. Criteria and splits are set once the backend exists.

Silent partner

Refers people based on what they were helped with, and points them at making an account. No training requirement.

Active rep

Gets product-knowledge and sales training. Commission per product, based on training completed and volume produced.

Agent

Passed enough training to recruit and train people under them, in the field. Earns overrides on their sales.

Manager

Networks in the community to win commission-sharing contracts with companies. Overrides those sales and owns the relationship.

Board member

A manager who grew a team and brought in contracts. Joins the non-profit board on salary to expand the mission.

Progression rules

What exactly moves someone up a rung.

Needs: the criteria, and whether progression is automatic or approved

Training

Completion is tracked per rep per product, because it changes what they are paid.

General sales training

The conversation framework and field standards.

Needs: confirmation that existing documents are usable

Product knowledge

One module per product a rep can sell.

Recruiting & training others

The agent-level curriculum.

Business model & contracting

The manager-level curriculum — how commission-sharing contracts work.

Certification tracking

Which trainings each rep has completed and when.

Needs: decision on quizzes vs completion marks

Commission effect

How training level changes the rate on each product.

Needs: the multiplier table
